Our lawful basis is your consent (when you submit a form) and legitimate interests (responding to enquiries, fulfilling contracts).

We do not share your personal data with third parties except: (a) trusted service providers necessary to deliver the work (e.g. scaffolding hire), (b) where required by law.

We retain enquiry data for up to 24 months and customer/job records for the duration of any guarantee period plus 6 years for accounting purposes.
