These terms govern your use of the Premier Roofing & Guttering website and any services provided by us. By using this site or engaging our services, you accept these terms.

1. Quotations

All quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Quotes are based on information and conditions visible at the time of estimate. Hidden defects discovered during the work (e.g. rotten timber, failed substrates) may result in a written variation, agreed before any extra work commences.

2. Deposits and payment

For larger works (full re-roofs, flat roof replacements, full guttering installs), a deposit may be required to secure materials. Final payment is due on completion, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Workmanship guarantee

All work carries a written workmanship guarantee. The guarantee period varies by service type and is stated on your quotation/invoice. Manufacturer warranties for materials are passed through to the customer.

4. Exclusions

The guarantee does not cover damage caused by storms exceeding standard design wind loads, third-party works carried out after our completion, lack of routine maintenance, or pre-existing structural issues identified in writing on the quotation.

5. Access and safety

The customer is responsible for providing reasonable access to the property. Where scaffolding or access platforms are required, costs and licensing are detailed on the quote.

6. Cancellation

Customers may cancel agreed works in writing up to 7 days before the scheduled start date without penalty. After this date, reasonable costs incurred (materials ordered, scaffolding booked) may be charged.

7. Liability

We carry full public liability insurance. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control.
